Using Your Dancer
Your Dancer is a casting and collaboration marketplace. Users are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, casting briefs, rates, usage terms, availability and commercial agreements.
Professional conduct
Do not impersonate others, misrepresent jobs, harass users, evade platform safety controls, upload content you do not have rights to use, or use the service for illegal or exploitative activity.
Castings, offers and bookings
A shortlist or selection is not a confirmed booking. A booking becomes confirmed only through the platform offer and acceptance flow. Users remain responsible for taxes, employment classification, permits, insurance and contractual obligations that apply to their work.
Content and accounts
You remain responsible for content you upload and grant the service the technical rights needed to host and display it according to your visibility choices. We may suspend accounts or remove content where safety, fraud, abuse or policy concerns require it.
